You don't have to be so strong. It's okay to release and be vulnerable. It's okay to not be! I've weathered through many storms as an black woman, entrepreneur, and mother. Each time I came out stronger, wiser, and more aware of the tools needed to maneuver through life. None of us are perfect, but together we can hold each other accountable and grow. I realize not everyone has an aunt, sister, or mom to pick up the phone and call...there were plenty of times I didn't so i started creating my own safe spaces.
